DIA Private Concierge was created to provide a more thoughtful, discreet approach to post-procedure support.

After years working inside plastic surgery practices — managing operations, coordinating patients, and overseeing day-to-day clinical flow — one thing became consistently clear: many patients did not have a reliable, appropriate escort after anesthesia.

 Because rideshare services are not permitted for discharge after anesthesia, many patients are left without a clear or appropriate option. Others find traditional medical transport to be too clinical, impersonal, or unnecessary for their needs. 

There was a gap between what was required and what actually felt safe, comfortable, and aligned with the experience patients wanted.

DIA was built to fill that gap.

With firsthand experience in both the clinical environment and patient journey, we understand the expectations, sensitivities, and level of care that cosmetic surgery patients require. From discharge coordination to the moment you’re safely settled at home, every detail is handled with discretion, professionalism, and consistency.

Hi, I’m Alexis — the founder of DIA Private Concierge.

From the moment you submit a booking request to the time you’re safely transported and comfortably settled in at your recovery location, every step of your experience is handled directly by me. There are no handoffs or unfamiliar faces — just a consistent, trusted presence coordinating your service, monitoring timing, and ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day of your procedure.

 I understand that surgery schedules don’t always run on time, so services are structured to accommodate delays — ensuring you’re never left without a reliable escort when you’re ready for discharge. 

My goal is to provide a level of support that feels calm, discreet, and completely reliable. I also understand that post-procedure recovery can be a vulnerable experience, and I take that responsibility seriously — making sure you feel comfortable, cared for, and safe from pickup through drop-off and beyond.

With over 7 years of experience working in cosmetic and plastic surgery environments, I’ve supported patients through every stage of the process. I’ve also personally undergone cosmetic procedures myself, giving me a unique understanding of both the clinical expectations and the real-life recovery experience. That perspective is what shapes the level of care and attention I provide through DIA.

Above all, I created this service because I believe cosmetic surgery patients deserve a safe, professional, and discreet option for transportation and support — one that meets discharge requirements without feeling overly clinical or unnecessary for their level of care.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and spending time outdoors — swimming, hiking, and exploring new places. I also love trying new restaurants, practicing hot yoga, and spending quality time with my family.

Tiffany supports DIA Private Concierge behind the scenes through client coordination, administrative organization, and operational support.

She assists with scheduling, confirmations, and maintaining the day-to-day systems that allow each service to run smoothly and efficiently. Her attention to detail and organizational approach help ensure a seamless experience for every client.

With a background in organization and creative support, Tiffany brings both structure and thoughtful execution to the business — helping uphold the consistency and reliability that DIA is known for.

Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys cooking, attending concerts, and exploring creative outlets such as arts and crafting — reflecting her thoughtful and detail-oriented approach in both her personal and professional life.
