DIA operates Monday–Thursday from 8:00am–6:00pm and Friday from 8:00am–12:00pm. Extended, weekend, and holiday services are available at premium rates and subject to availability.
Because escort services are scheduled around surgery appointments, advance notice is required for cancellations.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will result in forfeiture of the deposit, as the reserved time is unlikely to be rebooked.
